JOSEPH OGYAADU, MD

Dr. Joseph J. Ogyaadu sub-specializing in Adult Skeletal Reconstruction at the world number one hospital for Orthopedics, the New York Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). This was after his post-graduate residency in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery 2009 with the West African College of Surgeons (WACS). He had worked and risen through the ranks at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital where he exited as a Senior Specialist in Orthopaedics and Trauma.

Dr. Ogyaadu is worth his salt among the community of Orthopaedic Surgeons in Ghana and West Africa. He is a fellow of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons and West Africa College of Surgeons and a founding

member of the Arthroplasty Society of Nigeria, and the Orthopedic Association of Ghana. Beyond the African continent, he is an International Affiliate member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Joseph Ogyaadu is noted for his consistent outstanding clinical results in Hip and Knee Replacements, as well as Joint Preservation. He is credited with having performed numerous first-time surgeries in Ghana including Hip and Knee replacements, Tumour Resections and Complex Hip and Knee operations.
